The STEMMA red comes from round top vineyards of the following varieties:
Nerello Mascalese 70%
Nero d’Avola 15%
Other tedrils 15%

Produced by a correct blending of native grapes, it is a very pleasant wine and with a soft taste.
It has a wide aromatic range with inklings of nutmeg, underwood and sugare cane.
The color is ruby with garnet reflexes.
Softe and delicate to the taste, with a note of butter balanced by an inkling of tosted bread in the end.
Ideal in the matching with risotto, steamed vegetables or grilled shellfish.
The grapes, vinified separately, come from espalier vineyards planted on sandy soils.
