The DELIZIA DEL CONTE red comes from round top vineyards in the following varieties:
80% cabernet and 20% Nero d'Avola.
Refined in barriques

Dedicated to the Count Gio' Bosio Sturzo, the artist of the family, it's the only international wine produced by the Estate.
At frist it features softness and persistence of the wrapping aroma.
Varietal notes of both tendrils stand out, in perfect agreement with the inklings of red berries and jams.
The color is ruby red with garnet reflexes.
Balanced to the taste, wide and extremely long, it closes with inklings of vanilla and toasted, acquired from the barrique, which to harmonize it.
The espalier vineyards, placed at 80 meters a.s.l., are cultivated in spurred cordon, with a yield inferior to 5.0 tonnes per hectar.
The fermentation of the Cabernet and the Nero d'Avola are separate, the first with a maceration of 20 days, the second with a maceration of 12 days.
The blending is done directely in the barrique where it will refine for 12 months.
